We do offer Superbills. This is an invoice to reimburse out-of-network services after they are paid for upfront.

What is a SuperBill?
Put simply, a Superbill is an itemized receipt given to an athlete after they have paid for out-of-network services.
This document includes all information an insurance company may need to reimburse for out-of-network services like provider’s ID, the athlete’s diagnosis and CPT codes for service(s) rendered.
The Process:
Physical Therapist provides therapeutic services to athlete
Athlete pays upfront for session
Physical Therapist provides SuperBill with all necessary information
Athlete submits SuperBill to Insurance Company
